The Padulella beach, is one of the most beautiful of the Island of Elba's, white sandy beaches. Although well known for it's crystal clear waters, it is also a very peaceful place. While the beach is free of charge, a small bathing establishment offers various bathing facilities including boat hire and there is also a cafe/bar and little restaurant to be found too. There are two ways of getting to the Padulella beach, either by following road signs for 'La Padulella', via signs for, 'Le Ghiaie' or from the cross-roads for 'Enfola' (Bivio Enfola), just outside the town of Portoferraio. It is one of the Island's most ideal beaches for those in search of tranquility and relaxation but with every comfort to hand.
The little villa 'Padulella' is just 100 meters from the beach and is situated within a leafy residential area, quiet and peaceful, ideal for an enjoyable holiday. An electronic security bar, allows private access to the house and beach, for residents' use only.
The little villa has a private entrance, covered parking for two cars, laundry room facilities, air-conditioning and TV. Completely renovated this year and just newly furnished, the little villa is comprised of 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher) and 2 bathrooms. To complete the little villa, there is a small garden to the entrance and a large habitable terrace, with a spectacular sea view and barbecue facilities.
The house is ideally situated in an excellent location for visiting other parts of the Island too and within minutes by car from Portoferraio town and its services and amenities (banks, post offices, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, health services and super markets). By car, the 'San Giovanni' health spa, is only a few minutes away.
